Caring for your teak decking
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new A Glaze Teakcare System
If you have teak decks, you will want to keep them looking pristine and not allow them to go grey.
This product has been specially formulated for us by Teak specialists. This new system can be used on any teak decking or furniture. Grey, dull areas can now be transformed back to its original form when new.
Without care and attention your teak decks will lose their rich colour and turn grey which will give a dirty appearance. This will eventually turn green attracting mildew. Cleaning teak decks must be done in the correct way to avoid harm. Excess scrubbing and the use of power washes will remove the teaks natural oils which will reduce the life.
Our new Teakcare system will keep your decks looking great during the boating season.

"Bought A glaze teak treatment at the boat show. Pricey but they convinced me it would work.
Having been conned into all sorts before, I'm staggered at just how well. Only thing to watch - don't touch any vinyl, especially white seats, with the stuff on your gloves as it stains it and is hard to remove.
It's a two part treatment, the first lifts the grime and the second bleaches it - you have to do a patch at a time as I have done in the pic. No hard rubbing, it was really easy with a pan scourer.
There were all sorts of stains on the teak, some spilt diesel and hot nandos barbecue sauce were the worst. It was drying nicely too but was still too damp to photograph when I left."

Process 1
A cleaning solution which will clean deep into the surface of the teak without harming the timber.
Process 2
A neutralizing solution is then applied to finish the cleaning process and neutralizing process 1. The deck is then washed with fresh water and allowed to thoroughly dry.
Basically all teak products including garden furniture, decking, flooring etc can be cleaned to look brand new.
1 Litre will clean up to 15sqm.
Products can be diluted where teak is not in bad condition but needing to be freshened up.

All teak products including garden furniture, decking, flooring etc can be cleaned to look brand new.
The following will also be required: Rubber gloves, green scouring pads and a stiff brush.
